All listed values (μM) were pooled from at least two technical replicates of each dose–response experiment. Measurements without usable AC50 values failed to generate consistent AC50 values or trends over multiple technical replicates, failed to generate usable AC50 values within the range of doses tested, or failed to converge into sigmoidal curves.

ACs, astrocytes; AC50, active concentration 50; ECs, endothelial cells; PCs, pericytes; PEG, poly(ethylene glycol).
