MT = Maltreated group (n=100), Non-MT = Non-Maltreated group (n=127), CT = Control group (i.e. matched Non-Maltreated individuals; N = 96), IQ = intelligence quotient, SES = socio-economic status (i.e. parent with highest education level).

Each standardized mean difference is obtained by subtracting the mean in the MT group minus mean in the CT group, divided by the standard deviation of the MT group.
