A competitive study between FN (2.5 μM) and p38 inhibitor (10 μM) upon myogenic enhancement in C2C12 cells. Cells treated with FN in the presence/absence of SB203580 (10 µM) for 48 h. Proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and incubated with specific antibodies targeted against pp38, myoD, myogenin, and α-tubulin for immunoblotting analysis.
