Variants were not less common in DS regions than expected in the WNV 5′ UTR for virus passaged in crows, sparrows, and robins, with the exception of the variants for WNV passaged in crows once, which were more likely to occur in SS regions. Positive values indicate more variants than expected in a DS region, and negative values indicate more variants than expected in an SS region.
