Dynamics of PASI index in the course of ongoing therapy with muramyl peptide. The analysis of the conducted studies showed that in patients with severe psoriasis the PASI index decreased from 43.6 ± 3.1 to 11.89 ± 1.5, with an moderate degree from 26.6 ± 2.2 to 3.35 ± 2, 4, with a slight degree of severity of psoriasis—from 7.3 ± 2.49 to 1.43 ± 0.6.
