The membrane capacitance (Cm) was calculated using the following equation: Cm = τ(1/Ra + 1/Rin), as described previously (Gentet et al., 2000). Two-way ANOVA in a 2 × 2 factorial design was used to evaluate the statistical significance of differences between experimental groups.
