The plasma concentration of vincristine of VCR liposome formulations in rats after a single dose of 1 mg/kg intravenous injection. Blood samples were taken from retro-orbital plexus at 0.03, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 12, 24, and 48 h after injection. Data are expressed as mean ± SD (n=10).
