Inclusion criteria for patients in this feasibility study

Inclusion	Exclusion
Age ≥18 years old at the start of the study. Patient living in the pilot area (physiotherapist, GP or RP) of NPRL. Having musculoskeletal pain that is (suspected to be) chronic. Treatment aim of the patient is to improve functioning despite the pain. Adequate Dutch literacy to complete the assessments.	Any suspicion of a medical (orthopaedic, rheumatic or neurological) disease that can explain the current pain (eg, rheumatism or hernia) complaints or that can be treated by sufficient therapy. Any suspicion of a (underlying) psychiatric disease, for which psychiatric treatment is better suited, according to the expert opinion of the GP and RP. Pregnancy.
