Protein–protein interaction affinities were analysed using firefly luciferase complementation imaging assays. Agrobacterium GV3101 strain harboring different constructs was infiltrated into tobacco leaves. Luminescence signals in the infiltrated region were measured 48 h after infiltration. Color bar ranges from blue to purple indicating the strength of the luciferase activities from weak to strong. The experiment was carried out with at least three replicates.
