Twenty-four loci MIRU-VNTR tree obtained for 381 isolates annotated with color-coded tip points that represent the country of origin (inner rim) and drug resistance (outer rim). Six cross-border clusters can be observed in the present tree as well as the association of XDR-TB isolates in Portugal with two main MDR-TB genetic clusters (Lisboa3-B and Q1).
