Category A: Volume of adhesion tissue
Grade	Description
0	No adhesion
1	One third of the heart surface area is covered
2	Two thirds of the heart surface area are covered
3	Ninety percent of the heart surface area is covered
4	Entire heart surface area is covered
Category B: Strength of adherence
Grade	Description
0	No adhesion.
1	Adhesion tissue is easily divided
2	Adhesion tissue is partially divided
3	Adhesion tissue is completely adhered to epicardium
