Co-culturing of 786-O cells and HUVECs significantly increased extracellular lactate. In the transwell culturing, 1 × 10⁴ cells were seeded in the upper chamber and 4 × 10⁴ cells were seeded in the lower chamber. The extracellular lactate was measured at 24 h after culturing in the absence or presence of 10 µM 7ACC1.
