TSDF supports production of infectious progeny virus which can infect HFF. A Growth kinetic of HCMV on HFF and TSDF was determined. A non-entried virus control was carried out to differentiate newly produced virus from residual input virus. The letters a, b, c, d, and e indicated the titer differences between TSDF and non-entried virus control at 72, 96, 120, 144, and 168 hpi, respectively, the P value of which were all less than 0.05.
