A cluster of such lines indicates a collinear block (see ‘Methods’ for details). Circular tracks present, from inner to outer, GC content (29.47–44.58% per 200 Kb), gene density (0–52 per 200 Kb) and percentage of repeats (0–99% per 200 Kb). The colored bars on the outer track demarcate the 17 scaffolds larger than 5 Mb.
