p53 binding to (GAA)18·(TTC)18 sequence in scDNA. Wtp53 binding to supercoiled plasmids pBSK, pBSK/TTC, pPGM1 and pPGM1/TTC was studied by EMSA in agarose gel. Wtp53 protein was incubated with scDNA (pBSK and pBSK/TTC 100 ng, lanes 1–10), scDNA containing p53CON (pPGM1 and pPGM1/TTC 100 ng, lanes 11–20) in p53/DNA molar ratios 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 at 4 °C. EMSA was performed at 4 °C.
