Survival kinetics of rotifer populations treated (100 µM) with KYNA or its analogs. The number and survival of individuals significantly increased in the three treated groups compared to untreated controls. KYNA and its SZR73 and SZR81 analogs had the most beneficial effect on both Philodina acuticornis (A) and Adineta vaga (B) species. The two different bdelloid rotifer genera show similar kinetics under the same treatments. The error bars represent SEM.
