LC separations of the ginsenoside mixture on the ACE 3 C18 column using different initial isocratic conditions and linear gradient to 58 % ACN in 19 mins. The column temperature and mobile phase flow rate was 25 °C and 0.7 mL/min, respectively. Peak identification is the following: (1) Rg1, (2) Re, (3) Rf, (4) Rb1, (5) Rc, (6) Rg2, (7) Rh1, (8) Rb2, (9) Rb3, and (10) Rd.
