Inhibition of the interaction of PD-1 with PD-L1 in a cell reporter assay. PD-L1 artificial antigen presenting CHO-K1 (aAPC/CHO-K1) cells were co-cultured with PD-1 effector Jurkat cells, which stably express human PD-1 and a NFAT-RE-luciferase reporter, in the presence or absence of anti-PD-1 antibodies (50 nM final concentration).
