Table 2.

Mammalian display affinity matured anti- PD-1 clones. The dissociation constant (KD), on rate (ka) and off rate (kd) were calculated from experimental data generated by a MASS2 SPR instrument (Sierra Sensors) as described in the materials and methods. The maximal response (Rmax) and a measure of the average deviation of the experimental data (χ2) is shown. The VH CDR3 window that was mutagenized is shown in the third column in single letter amino acid code for the original wild-type (WT) parental clone 337_1_C08. Each clone variant CDR3 window sequence is shown with variation from 337_1_C08 shown in single letter amino acid code and identity to parent with dot (.).
