LS1-iPSCs express the cell surface pluripotency markers SSEA4, TRA-1-60, and TRA-1-81. LS fibroblasts are negative for cell surface pluripotency markers, whereas LS1-hiPSCs reprogrammed from these cells become positive for SSEA4, TRA-1-60, and TRA-1-81 stem cell markers.
