A. The migration or invasion of cells was measured by transwell or matrigel-coated filter transwell assays, respectively. Cells were incubated with Umbelliprenin for 24 h, and the migrated or invaded cells were fixed and stained with crystal violet. B. The migration and invasion assays data are expressed as the means ± SD and represent the mean value of three independent experiments. **p < 0.01, *p < 0.05. C. The migration of AGS and BGC-823 cells was examined in a wound healing assay. Cells were scratched and treated with Umbelliprenin. Images were obtained using a microscope at 0 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h.
