The DGR system found in T. denticola. This DGR system contains eight target genes, one close to the RT gene, and the rest scatter across the genome. Note that the core component of the DGR system (shown as locus 7 in the graph) includes the RT gene (red arrow), a target gene (blue), and a putative accessory gene (orange). Putative hairpin structures (shown as red hairpins in the figure) are found in the downstream of some target genes. Other protein-coding genes are shown as open arrows in the figure.
