Normalized frequencies of the cellular states representing (A) Quiescent cells; (B) NPC Differentiation; (C) LGG-II vs. Grade-IV tumor cells; (D) ASPC Differentiation or LGG-I; and (E) GSC Renewal/ASPC/NPC Differentiation states observed between general glioma and Grade-IV GBM models are compared here. The simulations of all the models were replicated 100 times (N = 100). Data represents the means ± S.D.; ***P-value < 0.001.
