TSA induces FSHR expression in HGrC1. a HGrC1 cells were treated with 0–1000 ng/ml for 48 h. TSA induced FSHR mRNA expression in a concentration-dependent manner. b ChIP-qPCR: Five histone (H3K9, H3K14, H4K8, H4K12, and H4K16) modifications were compared in HGrC1 cells with or without 200 ng/ml TSA for 24 h. Acetylation at H3K9, H3K14, and H4K8 were significantly elevated with TSA stimulation. c ChIP-qPCR: transcriptional factor (USF1 and USF2) binding to the FSHR promoter region were analyzed in HGrC1 cells with or without 200 ng/ml TSA for 24 h.
