The Figure shows an overview with abundance of genera in the different wine fermentations, as derived from taxonomic annotation of the metagenome sequences. Only the genera with the highest standard deviation of their abundance across the fermentation are kept. (Top) contain the highest abundance genera, while the (Bottom) is selected specifically for visualization of Aspergillus and Sclerotinia.
