* In the PubMed dataset, 1989 items did not include affiliation or country information. We managed to find the missing information for 1339 of those items by cross-referencing the available information (e.g., title, author, doi) with data in the WoS database and by manually accessing some of the publications. Despite our efforts we were not able to find country information for 650 items (e.g., [42]); these are marked with N/A (not available) in Table 2.
