MVPA: moderate to vigorous physical activity; standard method: Long-bout MVPA is defined as ≥10 consecutive min with an intensity of 3 METs or higher, with allowance for interruptions of ≤ 2 min below threshold; nonstandard method: Long-bout MVPA is defined as ≥10 consecutive min with an intensity of 3 METs or higher, without allowance for any interruptions.
