Effect of zaluzanin C on cell proliferation and cytotoxicity in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte. 3T3-L1 cells were seeded in a 96 well plate and treated with various concentrations of zaluzanin C (0, 1, 2.5, 5, and 10 μM). After 48 hours, cell proliferation (A) and cytotoxicity (B) were determined using CytoTox 96 non-radioactive cytotoxicity assay and CellTiter 96 Aqueous One Solution assay.
