Effect of zaluzanin C on lipid accumulation in 3T3-L1 cells. 3T3-L1 cells were treated with differentiation medium in the absence or presence of different concentrations of zaluzanin C (0, 1, 2.5, 5, and 10 μM) for 12 days. (A) On day 12, 3T3-L1 cells were stained with Oil-red O solution and took a photograph. (B) Lipid accumulation was then assessed by extracting Oil-red O from stained 3T3-L1 cells.
