Sevoflurane inhibits inflammation and apoptosis in ALI mice. Mice were divided into 4 groups: The Sham, SEVO, ALI and ALI + SEVO groups (n=6 mice/group). (A) The total counts of cells from BALF were counted using a hemocytometer. (B-D) The protein levels of (B) IL-1β, (C) IL-6 and (D) TNF-α were assessed by ELISA.
