Wisconsin), as are each of two pairs of Asian isolates (Ehrlichia muris AS145/Ehrlichia muris isolate Nov Ip205 and “Candidatus Ehrlichia ovata”/Ehrlichia sp. strain HF). Node values indicating the probability that branches are correctly arranged were calculated and were all 96% or greater, with the exception of the E. ruminantium-E. ewingii node, which was 52%.
