Dynamin 3 (DNM3) was down-regulated in colon cancer. (A) The expression of DNM3 in colon cancer and paired para-carcinoma tissues was investigated by Western blot. (B) Quantitative analysis of Western blot results. (C) Immunohistochemistry analysis was performed to detect the expression of DNM3 protein.
