(C) MTS assay results revealed that the carboxamide derivatives and TMZ suppressed the proliferation of PC12, U251 and H4 cells. The proliferation inhibition curve shows that the carboxamide derivatives and TMZ exhibited inhibitory activity, and that NAC attenuated the activity of these compounds significantly.
