Tau oligomers in the P301L tau (JNPL3) mouse model. A–D, Western blot analysis of P301L brains at different ages using TOMA (A,C) and generic tau antibodies Tau-5 and Tau-13 (B, D). TOMA detected tau oligomers, but did not recognize tau monomers (red arrow), whereas both species were detected using Tau-5 and Tau-13.
