Bre1a knockdown impairs the migration of neural precursor cells. Bre1a or control shRNA and GFP expression plasmids were microinjected into the lateral ventricle of E13.5 embryos and electroporated into the dorsal forebrain in utero. A, Three days after the electroporation, the embryos were fixed and coronal cryosections of the brains were immunostained for GFP. B, GFP+ cells in the VZ/SVZ, IMZ, or CP were counted.
