Bre1a knockdown delays the birth date of differentiating neuroblasts. Bre1a or control shRNA and GFP expression plasmids were electroporated into the dorsal forebrain of E14.5 embryos in utero, and the pups were perfused on P14. For rescue experiments, Bre1a expression plasmids were coelectroporated with Bre1a shRNA 2.
