Effects of 7,8,4′-THIF on 6-OHDA-induced cleaved caspase-9, cleaved caspase-3, and cleaved PARP expression levels in SH-SY5Y cells. The cells were pretreated with 7,8,4′-THIF (10, 25, or 50 μM) for 30 min followed by exposure to 200 μM 6-OHDA for 6 h (A). The expression levels of cleaved caspase-9 (B), cleaved caspase-3 (C), and cleaved PARP (D) were evaluated using Western blot analysis.
