Effects of 7,8,4′-THIF on 6-OHDA-induced expression of phosphorylated JNK, p38, ERK 1/2, Akt, and GSK-3β in SH-SY5Y cells. The cells were pretreated with 7,8,4′-THIF (10, 25, or 50 μM) for 30 min followed by exposure to 200 μM 6-OHDA for 1 h (A). The expression levels of phospho JNK (B), phospho p38 (C), phospho ERK 1/2 (D), phospho Akt (E), and phospho GSK-3β (F) were evaluated using Western blot analysis.
