DSF/Cu and proteasome inhibitor bortezomib induce autophagy and apoptosis of cancer cells. The UACC-812 (A) and PDAC6 (B) cell lines were treated with either DSF/Cu, bortezomib, or NF-κBi, at indicated doses for 24 hours.
