MOR activation at the DRt by the agonist DAMGO decreases mechanical and thermal sensitivity in naïve animals. Saline or DAMGO were injected at the DRt and their effects were assessed before (T0) and 15 min after (T15) injection by the von Frey (A) and the Hot plate (B) tests which evaluate mechanical and thermal sensitivity, respectively.
