Lentiviral-mediated MOR knockdown at the DRt reduces the analgesic potency of systemic morphine in naïve animals. (B) Cumulative dose response curves of systemic morphine plotted as percentage of maximum possible effect (% MPE) and fitted by non-linear regression. The ED50 of morphine was 5.24 mg/Kg (95% CI: 4.24–6.48 mg/Kg) in the LV-MOR-R group and 2.64 mg/Kg (95% CI 1.97–3.53 mg/Kg) in the LV-EGFP group.
