Mitochondrial network is altered in PARK20 fibroblasts. HDF (WT) and PARK20 cells were seeded on glass coverslips and stained with the mitotracker red CMXRos probe for 20 min at 37°C prior to be fixed and processed for immunofluorescence. Serial confocal sections were collected from top and bottom of the cells.
