(C) Protection effect of herbal extract to H9C2 cells against oxidative stress, i.e. DPPH scavenging (left) and cell protection against 400 µM tBHP (right). The values are in percentage of control (no treatment) in mean ± SD, n = 4. Statistical difference was made of the sample with the lowest value of corresponding content or indicated, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, and ***p < 0.001.
