Increase in ROS generation in SH-SY5Y cells by MeHg, HgCl2, CdCl2 and H2O2. ROS generation in SH-SY5Y cells was evaluated 24 hr after exposure to (A) MeHg (1 and 3 µM, n=6), (B) HgCl2 (10 and 30 µM, n=6), (C) CdCl2 (3 and 10 µM, n=6) or (D) H2O2 (10 and 50 µM, n=6).
