LINC01116 can competitively bind to miR-136. (A) LINC01116 can competitively bind to miR-136, verified using RNA pull-down assay. (B) LINC01116 can bind to AGO2 protein, verified by RIP assay. The data were the measurement data and expressed as mean±standard deviation. The experiment was repeated 3 times to obtain the mean value. The t-test was used for the comparison between two groups, while one-way ANOVA was applied for comparison among multiple groups. *p<0.05 vs the Bio-NC group; ^#p<0.05 vs the MUT-bio-miR-136 group; ^&p<0.05 vs IgG.
