Extent of overlap between the gene groups of interest (overlapping and non-overlapping) with rare/common copy number variants (CNV) compared to size-matched controls. All forms of CNV are, on average, comparatively enriched in all size-matched control groups compared to all experimental gene groups. (“All” = all genes within a given group regardless of overlap with other groups; “Only” = only genes within a given group that do not overlap other experimental gene groups; Autism spectrum disorder genes = ASD; central nervous system genes = CNS; developmental regulatory genes = DevReg; housekeeping genes = HK.)
