H1299 cells were exposed to apogossypol (20 μΜ) for 1 h, followed by either a DMSO, b A-1210477 (10 µM) for 4 h or c CCCP (20 μΜ) for 1 h and assessed for mitochondrial membrane integrity and ER membrane reorganisation by immunostaining with HSP60 and RTN4 antibodies, respectively.
