Up-regulation of CTGF partially enhances the invasion of HCC cells. CTGF overexpression can rescue the miR-212-3p-induced reduction in (A) mRNA and (B) protein expression in HCCLM3 and Huh7 cells. Migration (C) and invasion ability (D) of HCCLM3 or Huh7 cells was examined by Transwell assays.
