Results are expressed as mean ± SEM of three separate experiments and were normalized by Na/K ATPase (plasma membrane marker), HDAC3 (nuclear marker), or calreticulin (ER marker). *P<0.05 vs control rats. Nox4 siRNA was used to decrease Nox4 expression in control and hypoxia group of PASMCs.
