(A) Effects of corchorusoside C (1) on protein levels of Bcl-2 and (B) PARP-1 in DU-145 prostate cancer cells. Cells were treated with 1 (0–50 μM) for 12 h, and the total protein was prepared for Western blot analysis. Rocaglamide was used as the positive control (3 μM).
